The buzzer

On 4625.0 kHz, there are no pop music, morningshows or annoying radio presenters. Actually nothing. Just a creepy BUZZER sound. Almost unchanged for about 40 years, the sound is only sometimes interrupted by strange voice messages and sequences of numbers. And, twice, by pieces of music: the first time by Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake, the second time by an old Russian folk song.
